He scheduled me within 4 days of the phone call due to my limited availability for a sooner appointment. The technician Moses communicated prior to his arrival with an eta and was on time. Read More Read LessNext level pest control is the best pest service in sac hands down.also its a family business so if you wanna keep your money local thats a plus. I've had a few other big name companies for more expensive. Ngl I switched to next level because I was broke and they're the cheapest in sac, but the customer service is phenomenal. Shawn Sloan did my last service and he was friendly, quick and even tried to be nice to my grumpy dog. He was quick and just so sweet. Thats been all yhe techs so far tho! I think being a nice person must be a qualification to work there because every tech ive interacted with has been sweet as pie. And they will tailor your services to any specific bug issues youre having. I've had no issues with the spiders or ants that led me to call them, so the pincher bugs moved in and so next level treated for those too!
